Like the hit notification noise, but it fires when you actually frag someone.
I'm finding in some games, it's hard to tell when I've killed someone. Often I'll be fleeing from a fight and leave my usual trail of ordinance behind, but only notice later that I've scored a frag on it.
I think the feedback in Quake 3 was hearing your opponent make a fairly clear 'I am dead' squeal (keel's was fucking hilarious). Mebbe I'm just not tuned to Quake 4's death throes yet.
As for the sound and what it should be. The best I've come up with is a duck quack (BWAAA). :icon32:

Well ok, maybe not in DM or other modes, but in 1v1 when I'm speccing players it doesn't say when one player fragged the other, just the score changes. I can't remember if it says 'you fragged ..' when I'm actualy playing 1v1, mostly because I never frag anyone
