The issue is they're locked server-side, as in cheat-protected.

If the server has bobbing on, then clients can't turn it off either. I think a couple of people are missing this.

I haven't tested it on a server myself, just saying. If a cmd/cvar is locked server-side, that means the client has to use the one the server specifies.

Why not just cap the variable FFS, who was it that thought just letting admins control it would be the best solution
