Headless Quaker?

Just wondering if anyone has seen this online? This was taken on a PB enabled server in San Jose, Ca. I have heard its a bug, but who knows. :p

Also someone pointed out that they did see a headless model when viewing them in the models viewer..

ya its a bug with that bug usually causes players name that have left to remain and replace new comers to the server or players have no name all together (as far as scoreboard/tournybrackets doesnt matter) but you will see the correct name when they chat.

yeah, this happened to me once, i restarted quake and it was fixed.
