That's a pain in the ass to do, your better off recreating the buttons and retyping the text.

You can recreate part of the button and then paste the image on the left. Should take around 30 min to do. Then retype all the text out, not hard to do just a pain in the ass.
I tried selecting the text and messing around and it turns to be crap so the above method is the best for a clean image.

1. select all of the text in photoshop (takes awhile)
2. create a new document with that color as the background and hit select all.
3. place the color document begind the buttons and use the mask tool. the text should be that color.
4. if not go to edit/free transform and stretch the color to fit.
5. flatten the image.

I'd just blank out the text and re-type it over
