I read about that yesterday. Extrememly fucked up.
He has been paying child support for 5 years, and is just now trying to get out of it.
A couple of things don't really seem to add up though. First, isn't it extremely hard to preserve sperm in a state where it will stay usable? Especially after having it in her mouth?
Second, wouldn't there be records where she had the insemination done?
If she truly got pregnant by hanging on to his manjam and being inseminated, how on earth could she have forced him to pay child support to begin with? I wouldn't think any other insemination "patient" would be able to ask for child support?
