yeah dude. the last two games have 2 styles per character and a weapon style. It'll be different this time around: more streamlined with a dynamic grappling system.

MK7. MK6 is deception. were shooting for a lot of characters and by that I do mean A LOT. more than any fighter you've played before that's for sure. It will come out around 2006-2007.

BTW: If you like MK enough to drop $20-30 be sure to pick up mk shaolin monks this fall. It's a brawler type game.

I havent played mk5 and 6 much but think mk 4 was great, i dont get why it wasnt that popular and why the arcade didnt have the same combo system as the home version.

MK deception? deadly alliances? shaolin monks? what terrible naming schemes. why cant they just number them? Its the same thing apple does with their OS releases with the cat names. retrospectively it makes it much harder to remember what came when. I mean im sure you can match it up if youre a developer or whatever but for the regular guy its just obnoxious.
