Can't Find Server

I can't find any Quake servers for multiplayer game. I am behind a firewall at the U, so I hope that there is a way to get through. Does anybody know what's going on?

What port does this game play on? Can I change it?

that always happens to me...you just have to wait...all i do is wait a while and it works..i dunno y...but it does

Forward port 27960.

Make sure you have the latest patch, Quake 3 1.32 ( Windows | Linux | Mac OSX )
Also, try using an alternative game server browser, such as the All-Seeing Eye.
