Just a quick question, why is this coming up with my main SATA Hard Drive

it does for me to..

And its simple really,

Serial ATA drives are hot swappable.. :)

Ahhh i see.

I ask because I've only seen it come up recently. Even though my drivers and operating system are usually requently checked to be up to date
