i would assume that the SG will be fixed in an official patch with arQon stating it as fact that it is a bug and WILL be fixed. ironic that him fixing it for solely q4max (speculation) would make q4 less cpm-like...

What do you mean by that? The CPM SG has a constant pellet spread of two concentric circles (16 pellets total, 96 dmg max).

I think he means uploading of maps/levels etc. ATM we are stuck with VQ4 maps.

I'd think in the case of Q4 it's the shotgun spread that's bugged...

No there is a problem with people who have lesser broadband connections getting saturated due to the amount of information sent up stream, a cl_maxpackets command would help those guys and girls out. I will find the link on esreality.

Thats something entirely different from what I was talking about, its a product of the different scale
identical Q3 settings which makes the Sg tighter, the LG shorter, ect.

You lost me. I was never looking for community discussion on the topic, hence the title Simple questions for Raven. rgoer is the most active member of Raven as far as I can tell since they dont even post on their own message boards afaik so it made sense to me to ask here. Yes I could bump this forever but I still dont think there would have been any response. As far is the community letting it run its course, I was waiting for a response from someone at raven that is all there was nothing else to discuss...

Any word on getting basic scripting functionality back into the game? Weapon X; Sens Y; mouseaccel Z?
I really love how each patch has the little disclaimer that Activision does not support console commands, it makes me feel all warm and abandoned...
