Yes, it probably is for a childish mind. But on a professional level it's quite reasonable. If someone is not doing their job, is missing work at a critical time or is not being forthright with information pertaining to a job, that someone gets on my nerves and I fire that person or issue the order for them to be fired.

I don't drink coffee. No one in my office drinks coffee. I don't have an understudy or an assistant. I have direct subordinates who work in the feild and I may see them twice a week.

Yeah, it really does. Hopefully the replacement will fit into the network regime a little better. This past user was the type that figured the office workstations should have no restrictions and should work just like a home PC. Needless to say, we didn't get along all that well.
