Installed new sound card = my screen is yellow :/

Weird, I got my soundcard in the mail. Opened the system case, plugged it in, turned on the system, and my screen is tinted yellow. I quickly realized that it wasn't a monitor problem after I fooled with the monitor's menu (the colors were fine in it). And I tested it on a different monitor as well.

Also, the screen remains tinted in the BIOS/startup screen as well, so it's definitely something to do with my video card refusing to output certain colors or something.

Tried removing the video card, removing sound card, reinstalling drivers, etc.

Any ideas on what this could be or how to fix it?

Make sure your video card and sound card are as far apart as physically possible inside your computer case. Does the screen remain yellowish when you remove the sound card altogether?

New information: I put in my friend's video card, and my computer didn't want to start up after that, which I fixed by resetting numerous times. Color was fine.

After putting my card back in, screen was yellow again.
