gamespyid.com javascript

what javascript from gamespyid.com is there with every q3w page? i use noscript and i've allowed q3w but not that. am i missing something important?

well i allowed q3w and gamespy and gamespyid and nothing looks different apart from the diallers and trojans and spyware embedded into every one of pete's posts
