Laptop graphics card

howdy,

last year I bought my girlfriend a crummy Compaq laptop for dirt cheap, for uni shit. anyway we have parted, and she has returned it to me. basically its a:
P4 3.2 GHZ
512 mb ram
40 gig hdd

now the graphics card is an ATI Radeon 9000/9100 IGP, what the flying crap is that card, and where could i download the drivers for it since I have never had an ATI card before.

Select the OS the laptop is running, the click "RADEON", and it will take you to a download page. click "Catalyst 5.13 Windows XP - Driver Download" or applicable for whatever OS

very strange.

To to the device manager (start>settings>control Panel>system>hardware>device manager)

Open up the display adaptors and either try and rollback/delete and recan the device you have under that

same problem disco. yea i am trying that at the moment, cant find anything on HP's website. hopefully the crap i am downloading now works.

heh crap doesnt work.

fuck it, ill run the system restore point, and scout for the drivers. the ones on the hp website give the same error message as above.

How about trying the Omega drivers?

that way you have the latest drivers.. and yes it works with the mobile flavours
