raven/id is fucking up the online community good with..

..this stupid(i guess it has to do with the D3 engine and how it is coded)missing file shit when your trying to connect to a server.

Will they fix this?
D3 had this aswell.. i can live with missing a Map, but a fucking model/sound/skin/map that isent played/mod that isent in use.. etc is redicoulus, i cant download anything if i want someone to join my server nor connect to one..

I think it sucks, dont know if they fixed this with D3, but they better do it with Q4..'cos all i see is locked/empty servers.. and it's not because the game "sucks", it's because people can't join a fucking server without 30 different maps/models and sound files.. :icon33:

rgoer wont say anything other then be patient, so its just pointless to even discuss anymore.

They know about it, rofl, they better fucking know about it at this point I should say, and its painfully obvious to everyone that this and the autodownload are a fuck load more critical then say a server browser update.

All I have done is find the servers I can ping well to, get the maps for those servers, and just play there. I just feel sorry for the newbies who dont have the knowledge of where to look, or the patience to look.
