Wolf rad's is a little old and a little bit naff.

Get GtkRadiant 1.4 rtcwet, unless you want to do SP mapping then you might want to start with 1.2/3 (I cant rember off hand when they stopped inclueding the sp stuff)

Are you wanting to map for MP or SP? As Detoeni said above, if you're starting out with SP in mind it'd be best to track down and install 1.2 versions of GTK that way you won't get MP ans SP assets mixed up.

Check the stickies at the top of that forum section. Detoeni will have more links for MP though.

Well...this isn't the easiest hobby in the world--you can't just pick it up and instantly start making cool stuff. On the other hand, you can do it, if you hang in there and pay attention to the tutorials.

Everyone here has been frustrated and felt slow at times (trust me); it always happens when you're learning new things. I'd encourage you to hang in there and start with something SIMPLE first, rather than being overwhelmed trying to make something cool and complicated. :)

I suspect you won't get any takers on building your map for you, although I may be wrong. A lot of people lack the time to pursue their own good ideas, let alone those of others...
