Quake 4 Demo Problem

Me and My brother play quake 4 all the time on LAN and i make the server and whenever I want to record a demo it doesnt let me. I type in "recordnetdemo" and it says " Warning: Only client side network demo recording is supported "

Is there a way I can get it to allow me to recordnetdemo?

I have also tried using recorddemo.. that works for me but when I play the demo back it runs in SUPER SUPER SUPER slow motion! if someone could tell me how to fix that I could use that instead.

It doesn't let you record a demo when you're running a listen server, demo support is only for dedicated servers so far (didn't you ask this elsewhere?)
