NEED HELP!

Every time i try to connect to an IP it says Mis-IP something like that.. and it worked a few min ago.. anybody know the problem?

Probably client-server mismatch? Are you trying to connect to a server that's running a mod? Please read the part of the FAQ about joining servers; there are special programs to find Q3 servers that are way better than the in-game server browser.
