Microsoft Antispyware

Post by primaltheory »

How the fuck do I get rid of it? I want it to leave so I can play with my R.A.T.'s, and It completely kills sub7 and BEAST before they even fully download, and it's pissing me off very much...

:icon23: Microsuck strikes back with unremovable software...

Jenny: lol, i'm not changing the whole harddrive directory structure for a mod. Do it proper like other mods please.

It's listed under Add or Remove programs.
And has an uninstaller with it?

If you don't have these, then try installing the newest version. You should then be able to unintall.

you can disable it from autostarting by removing its registry setting in the HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run

ya, but I seem to remember msspyware not letting you remove IT from that gui, and having to do it manually.
