tools -> options -> mail format
Also, I like to be proactive so listen up, fat ass... I know it says "send and receive in this format" and doesn't specifically say "save in this format" so don't reply in kind. Just try it and fuck off or try templating it like any normal shitbag would.

First off it didn't work. Second I weigh 166 pounds. Third if I knew how to template I would have.

When I go to Tools>options>Mail format I only have HTML, Plain text and Rich text. If you would have read my question I asked how I could be defulted to OUTLOOK MESSAGE FORMAT

If you can't answer my question without being a ass, stay the fuck out of my post.

Edit: I'm using outlook 2003

Rich text messages are what you're after.

These emails come into a group inbox, I then have to save them to our network folder.

Thats a very inefficient method of archiving email. Use a PST and save yourself the headaches.

8 of us recive 1000+ emails. We have to create indivual tickets and then attach the email to them. I just wondering if it was possable, it would save me a lot of fuking time.

I just checked here and all you should need to do is highlight the email in question then click File, and Save As. Outlook Message Format is among the File Type options.

"If you always save messages in the Unicode message format (Outlook Message Format - Unicode) - for example, if you need to share all the messages you create with co-workers who are using different languages such as Greek, Russian, English, and Japanese or Unicode-only languages such as Hindi - you can change the default file format Outlook uses to save messages.
1. Click Advanced Options.
2. Click Other.
3. On the Tools menu, click Options.
Select the Use Unicode Message Format when saving messages checkbox."
