When I playback video on my main computer, sometimes it freezes for a second every 20 seconds or so and its really annoying. I'm using a lot of applications at the same time, so could this be a ram issue? The same videos play fine on my media center computer, which is a 1.6ghz P4 with 256mb ram. My main computer, the one I'm having problems with, is a 2000+ with 512mb ram. Both running winxp pro.
Also, if this might be any help, when I stream a video from my main computer (since it has 250gigs) to my media center, I experience the same exact freezing problems, but when I just copy the video to my media center and then play it, no problem.
What causes video freezing for a second every 20 seconds?
Uninstall all codec packs and video drivers
Reinstall both.. Video drivers first..

[size=75][i]I once had a glass of milk.
It curdled, and then I couldn't drink it. So I mixed it with some water, and it was alright again.
I am now sick.
