Downloading...
Its a shame those credits are so long in mercurial, would love to see some more action.
Anyone know of populated cpma servers in NA? Chicago area seems to be good for my routing... :icon32:
EDIT: Trick jumpers have always confused me, I couldnt hop around a server long enough without feeling the need to shoot things to get that good. Nice movie for sure.

Yep, just look at the caps on cpmctf2 in Mercurial.[xeno]Julios wrote:The advanced movement abilities which are developed through trick jumping are an asset to competitive play.

Oh, I dont doubt that it is helpful, watching some people move around the map is amazing, others, it looks like they are wearing concrete boots. :icon26:
Just for me, the practice it takes to get good at the trick jumps is something ive never been able to force myself to do, my spare time is more entertaining just playing, I dont have the luxury of being able to play and practice my movement.

I'm sure someone will comment here that they got good at movement just by playing the game (fragging), but quite a lot of people really get a kick out of it when they see a possibility for a certain trick in a map and they try it over and over until they can do it. It can be very satisfying when you manage to do a trick that was impossible for you before.
You can also show and teach others, which is something i like to do now and then.
