We've got a ton of stuff for everyone to enjoy. First, we have the Q2 lithium style hook (thanks to Redwolf). We have vertex lighting and smooth jumping (thanks to bandit). As far as the weapons go: We've added grenade toggle with 4 new grenades, tweaked and balanced most of the weapons, and added an altfire to the railgun. Other features include TeamPowerUps and RandomPowerUps. Additionally, we've added about 25 new cvars for server admins to have more control: powerups, weapons, pickups, and wod features can now be altered or removed from maps.

We strive to bring you an exciting WoD experience modeled after the original Q2 WoD and look forward to your feedback as the mod continues to evolve. We're very excited about the new additions to the Mod and hope you'll give it a whirl. Q4 WoD v2.8 is now available for Direct Download.

We've discovered a bug.

This bug causes the game to freeze randomly. We're working right now to try and figure out why it's happening and get it resolved quickly.

For anyone interested, I will keep you updated as to the progress of resolving the issue.

erk, I'll hold back on a news post til you get the problem resolved and fixed, otherwise gj guys, keep it up

Thank kleeks. The new lithium styled hook is randomly crashing clients. The team is working to reproduce the exact issue but hasn't yet been able to pin it down. I'll happily post here when the problem has been resolved. Thanks again.

How can i bind AltFire?

You either bind it to "_button1" in the .cfg or you can do it directly in the WoD menu. Same for hook, except it's "_button5".
