Where's the patch?
I haven't played Q4 for a couple months now. Waiting for the patch that fixes the game to make it retail quality. Thought it would be out by now. I guess they must of released it WAY too soon if it's taking this long to fix auto download and shotti bug.
The reason it was released in the way it was, is because they ran out of money to put what they needed to workload-wise into it. So they released it, and made money off of what they sold, and are putting that money into creating another release with fixes that will go into the marketplace once again, and then they'll make more money off of it once again to have a little more time to pay people to work on it some more.
The day of perfection is gone, because workers cost???? I have a better idea that I've been working on for Quake for the last three years, and it has nothing to do with the Strogg, and no one will ever come up with the idea I have for it. I'm not shitting at all. I'm not gonna finish it overnight though. I prefer that Quake says:
ID Software.
I just wanna help them with the precision of the unknown things that all other game companies aren't doing, and never will do. I'm patient. And broke. Haha
