Q3A graphics problem on PowerMac G5

Im posting here too because im not sure if this is a mac specific problem, anyway, anyone know what to do when your graphics look like this???

Do you have the latest gfx drivers installed for your video card? Is your video card decent?

Do you own a wallhack? Make sure it is in the off position.
