I'm not looking for anything...I just wondered if there was some news I missed about plasma's that would lead to one of the worlds largest electronic makers to stop selling them.

well plasma's suck down energy like theres no tomorrow, so its more sensible for them to sell lcds primarily.

What cant compare? I always thought plasmas were better? Better color, no ghosting like lcd tvs.

ghosting on lcd's? Think that was when they first came out, my 60 inch sony wega lcd projection is beautiful in HD, never seen any ghosting problems.
