My dad will fix it and I'll have a car to get from point a to b. If I'm gonna have some money, I might do a k20a (RSX-S) swap.

Is he going to completely fix it up to brand new status, or make it driveable?

It needs a bit of framework in that right rear quarter eh.

What do you mean? Have you ever seen someone fixing a crashed car to a condition where you can still see that its crashed?

An MX-3 is hardly a sportscar and I have insurance... so no.

If the frame's bent, you're probably putting more into the car than it's worth.

The car is declared to be a total loss by the insurance company. They've estimated the total price for fixing it at $7900. Since my dad is gonna fix it himself, he's gonna pay a lot less than that, otherwise what's the point of buying a crashed car.

aye that shit aint to bad me thinks, i was thinking more about the crumple zones and the 'under frame' (stoned (again
))... if theyre gone then, ummm, hard work ahoy

You have to have a frame bending machine or frame-puller to fix a frame properly. Your dad got one of those?
