I don't know why, I removed my cfg file and it still runs really, really slow. It looks really weird too, it's really dark and very few lights but the ones that I can see are just like circle lights and it looks really fuxed up. How can I fix this so I can actually play it?

Not sure of what commands you've changed in your config as of yet, but it looks dark as hell and the graphics need to be mudded down. Personally I don't like to see what weapon i'm using either.

I removed the cfg and used the default one and it still did this.

It was working fine on my set up and I stopped playing it then I played it again and I get this bs.

Try to remove your q4config.cfg altogether and let the game re-write a new one.

Well, in that case I'd say uninstall all the video drivers on your system, reboot and then reinstall the latest drivers for your card.
