Arm soreness?

Post by I cant spell u »

I was lifting weights in personal fitness on monday. They weren't really that heavy but I forgot to do warm up and cool down stretches and my arms a bit sore, they were on tuesday and now they're worse today. What's wrong with my arms?

That’s your ripped up muscles fixing themselves and growing stronger. :icon14:

You're feeling the burn .

depends, there are many parts to the arm. is it the muscle, the joint, the tendon, or is the pain due to a squeezing feeling from the anus that it's stretched around it?

I'm far too lazy to work out. I don't really care about bulking out.
I run two miles a day which only takes 30 mins out of my entire day (13-15 min run + 15 min shower afterwards) and eat healthy. It's an easy way to stay in shape.
