Cool maps for Railgun

Hi there,
what are the most popular custom maps for quake3 and the Railgun in 1 on 1 games?
I have now running a 1 on 1 server for some time but i want some cool custom maps in there.
Doesn't have to be only space/floater maps,as long as they play like hell its fine,like ZTN3DM1 for example.

Try the promode maps CPM1 to CPM29.

They'll work fairly well without needing to run promode. Of course, they'll work even better with it.

It's doubtful you'll find many opportunities in those other game types to score a few instagib games. Best bet imo would be to stick to the classic and powerful dm17 and join the instaunlagged servers, of which there are still plenty left, and are fairly popular.

Yea but most servers ONLY run dm17 and i can almost dream that map and most spawnkillers can draw it on a paper for you to with their eyes closed :icon23: ,thats why i want some cool **new** / different maps on my server.

Also worth checking out lvlworld.com
You can filter it for space maps, or FFA maps, and so on.

I know that website,i have most maps from there,but i need names of maps that are perfect for the Railgun........and 1 on 1
Players can tell when they know how these custom maps play with a Railgun.

I inventarised good maps for instaunlagged once, when i was still playing it (in a clan). It's very hard to find good instagib maps that are not destroyed immediately by obvious camping spots. I remember that ik3dm1 and ik3dm2 are really fun 1v1 instagib maps. I'll see if i can find which others were fun.
