How odd. Can't recall ever posting anything that would mislead you as to my gender, and you got the British part right.

As it happends I suppose I am indeed be a legal alien (I'm an exchange student), but on the whole I think it's fair to say a male one.

If MQ had said "he", it would have been just as presumptuous.

On an internet gaming board, it would've been less presumptuous. Regardless, the issue has been clarified.

I'm considering it feedback, mainly for the durability of the fabric. I'll see if I can get myself some of those longer denim shorts as well.

ek, had myself something approaching a sheikh's beard, and did away with it because it itched but that was a few moons ago.

I choose not to, I like the freedom and would wear shorts year round were it not for the shittier weather of other seasons.

The comfort, weight, and thickness of cotton with the durability of jeans and the stain, static, crease-resistance of nano-pants. An ideal yet to be realized.
Huh. Maybe you should just try on a skirt if "freedom" is what you're looking for

Nothing beats comfortable cotton pants (or shorts), I'm sorry if you can't see that.

I can see that, but unless you are overweight or obese jeans really dont cause that much discomfort.

Overweight yes, but I was turned off jeans years ago and have only worn them on a few occassions since then. How is that revelant though, I'm not complaining about waist or thigh clearance here.

Right, I considered it remarkable because I figured "she" wasn't being used by default in the context of Q3W, so I wondered what had given you the wrong impression.

Funny thing is, I was sometimes mistaken for female even into my late teens, due to my long hair and feminine features.

And just when I thought I'd got past it, people on the internet start sexing me incorrectly.

Well it seems to me like you prefer spandex over a belt/jeans, so I just assumed that the belt/jeans cause this discomfort problem.

Most of my pants require belts because they're rather loose around the waste and a slightly baggy. Don't know how you read spandex out of my desire for freedom from constraining clothing.
