For anyone who hasn't yet heard, Microsoft has released Virtual Server 2005 R2 Enterprise edition as a free download in response to VMWare's recent rebranding of their GSX Server product as a free download.
The nerds have really won out in this corporate pissing contest and labs and testing just bacame a lot more convenient...

Vmware's Server has been free since February and was formerly known as GSX server. I use Vmware's ESX server at work and it completely kicks ass. Virtual Motion with SANs totally owns!!!!
