weird shit is going on

this has been happening for the last month or maybe more, on my main computer and on my media computer. occasionally when i delete something, i cant empty the recycle bin. i get this msg:

if i reboot my comp then i can delete it, but if i used my comp for a while and ran some apps, then it happens again. anyone have this happen to em and what can i do to resolve this issue?

Dd101 isnt the name of the file, i dont know where it comes from.

This happens when a file gets 'stuck' and can't be deleted by ordinary means. If you still want this file to be gone, check the properties to what dir it points to, then restore it. Go to that dir and use this app: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

It's probably a hidden file so you can't see it in the recycle bin, so go to explorer folder options and enable view hidden files.

i have everything enabled but i cant see any files that ive deleted wtf
