These don't include the oblivion addition (running aa & bloom/hdr at the same time) like the 6.3 hotfix did. That will come back in a future set though.

Performance-wise it will hardly make a difference to update drivers for a Radeon 9x00 at this point (they're not optimizing for previous generation cards). Some issues with certain games are still being fixed though, so that that could be a reason to update.
