Nvidia Drivers?

I'm not sure if I have the latest drivers for any of my hardware, but I don't know how to install them. Also, someone gave me these Extreme-G drivers for my Nvidia card, and I dunno what to do with them, or if I should even use them. Help? : [

What type of video card do you even have? My psychic powers are rusty so more information is needed before we can be of much help.

yes, more info is needed to further better help you

but normally the procedure goes like this

uninstall nvidia driver in add/remove control panel

reboot

when windows loads it'll detect new vid card, say no to installing it, and install the driver you prefer from nVidia

any particular brand name ?

but anyways, just get the latest official drivers from nVidia and follow the steps i've mentioned above..
