grappling hock

how can i make my own level with the grappling hock in it??

Making a level is a complex process, and not something we can explain to you in a forum.

You need to read around, google search, and otherwise read all the documentation that's already been made.

Once you've figured all that, you'll have your answers. Or at least be in a position to ask reasonable questions.

put a weapon_grapple entity in it

once you get the grappling hock you can hock onto walls and stuff and hock yourself real high
