Restricting access to cheats

Hello, I have enabled the cheats on multiplayer but my next problem is...

How can i restrict the amount of people that can use the cheats?

e.g. If ONLY I wanted to use the cheats...or SOME of my friends but not all?

You can't.

Q3 doesn't enable that kind of cheating.

So theres no way that u can mask an IP, or allow a certain IP to use the cheats available on the server e.g. '10.0.0.45' only allowed to use cheats on server.
