I get some strange lag pretty often and it says "no item use" and its like a retard controlling for about 2 secs then it turns back to normal. thats some enoying shit. anyone know how to fix?

You already opened a thread for this didn't you? Perhaps you can record a demo and upload it, so we can see what happens.

Record a demo by typing this in the console:

/g_synchronousclients 1
/record demo1
/g_synchronousclients 1

Once you have recorded the things that give you problems, you can end the demo with /stoprecord.

should be g_synchronousclients 0 in the second instance neh?

if ur lagging, and have pressed the use item key, then when the lag is finished, the use item command registers with teh server, and you get the message, its delayed by your lag, but it would be unusual to get the message without pressing teh key. Just try adjusting your config to minimse lag.
