thanks and another question when i try to use cheats in the singleplayer it says something like cannot use cheats in this server

You don't. It will automatically keep your wins, medals, and all that each time you finish a level.

really whenever i play it just keeps going to tier 7 and bones as the charecter

Bones as your character? If you mean bones is the opponent on tier 7 then somethings not right. Should be Xearo.

And if you've finished all the way through tier 7 then your done except for maybe trying on a different skill level.

and no ive never made it to tier 7 on my own
