So today was the last day of school

I drew smiley faces on one exam in a class that I had like a 17

and I had an exam in science which I have a 81 in right now and didn't know anything so I just guessed. Got an 86 on the math exam not sure about the others

went to a friend's and he was tripping on acid and I got high and I tried to get my nes to work but I needed a new rf switch, I think I might just buy a new one. That's pretty much some of it in a summary, so what'd you all do today?

Woke up and got out of bed, had a coffee.

Rigged up, unhung the well, pulled rods, unpacked the well, changed over to pull tubing. Pulled tubing. Ran sand bailer until 4pm. Ran the tubing back in the hole. Packed off the well. Went home.

Yesterday I nucleofected some Baf cells with a pre-B cell factor promoter and did triplicate luciferase assays on them. The results were a bit odd, but encouraging enough to move on to the next part, which I’ll start on today. Specifically, I’m going to do some site-directed mutagenesis on that same promoter sequence and clone it into a vector plasmid for another nucleofection. That means lots of PCR and electrophoresis.
