brazil game was toss and yea, ronaldo looking a bit heavy

swiss did well though

and the korea match was pretty good

saying this..... England winning was a good result considering the way some of these matches have gone

The commentators here suspected Ronaldo was on strike or something. They couldn't believe that he just wouldn't move.

Edit: Although I have to say I'm absolutely sure Brazil would have STOMPED Croatia if they had equaled the score.

Brazil was playing possum.

4-0 FT - best game of the tournament so far. shevchenko was nowhere to be seen. plus casillas made no saves that i can recall so i get probably get nul pointes for my fantasy team

I'm playing the Amazon fantasy league game and made a couple of transfers (I picked Henry and Ronaldo ffs), I swapped for Klose and was deliberating between Shevchenko and Torres... had to pick the one that didn't bloody score did I.

Ukraine aren't helped by the fact that if Shevchenko doesn't look like scoring then there is not a snowflake in hells chance that they will actually win a match. Still, you can always bet on Spain screwing up in the first knockout match.
