grenades spam and clan question

why do ppl call it a spam? and even with so called spam how can it be so bad using plenty of em in excessive mode? u dont like it fine but when i host a game why i dont complainn when ppl use them its just a game. is small areas with many players its a very effective weapon. sone use plenty of machine gun or lightning or bfg and ppl dont day bfg or machine gun so called spam. skilled player or not main goal is to have fun what ever the weapon u use.

why tell u? i asked why u ppl call it a spam amd why is it so bad/ crap to use grenades in a game and if so, how for ex: its a weapon like any other ones whats the big deal about nades use for ppl to complain about it and the reason i ask this is bcause i see many host/players complaining about players using plenty of em.. and again its goes to my point of its a weapon like any others its not a question of me hosting a game

i guess in a normal game we call it spamming because there is no skill in throwing a ton of grenades and getting frags.

excessive is a silly spam mod anyway and anyone complaining in excessive is dumb.

spam, like spam email. no target, just firing blindly and hoping someone walks into it. people on newbie ffa servers complain about it because they know they're getting beaten by someone who's not putting forth much effort.

In an excessive game i'ts not spam it's "excessive". Thus the mod name

In a real game if you sit in a corner and throw
nothing but grenades in every direction,
hoping someone will walk into it?

theres great satisfaction in being stuck in a tight battle, and scoring a direct hit with single a lobbed nade, the damage factor is high

not that that I heard that ever happens in excessive
