No one is paying him.
No one is agreeing to do something in return for his hard work.
There is no real benefit in this for him because, as he told me himself, he is proud and needs no credit or thanks.
Well, as I told him, I love him. He is my dear friend and I am thanking him. If he doesn't appreciate my post, he has my permission to delete it.
Most of you probably do not know, but when q3w went south, we even went to Todd H and told him we had a non-functional q3a board and asked if he knew what was up.
It took raw to get things done. No one else got them done. No one else I am aware of helped us.
Now, everyone should thank raw. If you have already, do it again. He needs to get used to accepting credit due him.
And everyone STOP whining about features not implemented yet, or postcounts or icons or ANY more work for raw. He has been busting his ass for everyone as it is. Give him TIME to breathe and finish things. He will. Unlike some people, he stands by what he says and you see the results.

I really don't want to do something as childish as calling names. You have just drawn attention to how little you have ever been involved in running a forum if you think that people spamming/posting doesn't make work for staff.
EVERY post has to be reviewed by someone and possibly edited or cleaned up and the poster warned or disciplined if it is necessary.
