The excuse his attorney gives, that it was prescribed, but the prescription was labelled as being issued to the doc instead of Rush doesn't make much sense...
I think to an extent some of this is a witch's hunt. It'll make headlines, so they tackle it. So what if the dude can't get a hard-on, needs a little help, and doesnt go through the process to get a perscription? I've heard of plenty of doctors who dish out samples of Viagra without perscriptions
what's wrong with this guy? all he has to do is visit his doctor, say 'i can't get a hard on,' and he'll get a prescription. this isn't like sneaking an oxy fix.
dude...he is a drug addict. he lost his hearing doing oxy...thats alot of oxy. he's still an addict and the oxy kills his erections...he went on a trip to get laid and got caught with it...
