The only way you could win this particular argument is to not reply, proving you can maintain an argument based on intellect rather than through tit-for-tat brute force 'no ur stupid' kindergarten methods... but you can't do that because, unlike myself, you don't have the willpower.YourGrandpa wrote:And when then opposing team is winning it's best to take your ball and run home, instead of suffering a humiliating defeat.Dave wrote:Fighting on the internet is like

Anyone remember, from "Mostly Harmless", the old woman whose good advice is to go through life making decisions which are the exact opposite of hers? I think gramps is trying to illustrate that, if you play it his way, you'll end up a bald, semi-literate coffee stirrer sharing a green house in the middle of nowhere with a computer which is rapidly going out of date

Why didn't you just move the thread to The Void?Dave wrote:The only way you could win this particular argument is to not reply, proving you can maintain an argument based on intellect rather than through tit-for-tat brute force 'no ur stupid' kindergarten methods... but you can't do that because, unlike myself, you don't have the willpower.YourGrandpa wrote:And when then opposing team is winning it's best to take your ball and run home, instead of suffering a humiliating defeat.Dave wrote:Fighting on the internet is like

BTW, I already know the answer. But I think seeing you struggle for an explination would be humorous too.
