i dont know why, it says something like "punkbuster forced spectator untill something..." what do i do

You have to download punkbuster. : l I couldn't be more vague, but I'm feeling laaaazy.

your punkbuster is not updated. either spec until it's updated or head over to the punkbuster site and manually do it.

The easiest way to update punk buster is to download their PBSetup.
