I wanna create my own server i wanna be host help about it

hi guys i am new at quake i have my personal computer 256 kbps adls connection amd 64 bit 3700+ 512mb ram 180gb hdd system i wanna create my own server can u guys help me plz.which ports do i have to forward and whats next?btw my modem is zoom x4 5651.

ty but i couldnt manage there is a line that says put parameters at shortcurt but i couldnt do it that can u help me more plz :s

look u wont understand i said that there was a line that says put this parameters at the shortcut tab but it wont be ok its says wrong i didnt understand that ok?
