never spent $2.29 on a 40 of Steel Reserve 211.

[another beer thread] what's your current favorite?

Lateley I've really been digging JW Dundee's Honey Brown

It's High Falls, and I find it really quite tastey.

Been drinking Shiner Bock and Sam Adams Boston Lager lately. Drank some Shiner Hefeweizen a couple weeks ago and will probably get more.

As directed on the bottle Haus. Pour half into glass, swirl the sediment, mix, enjoy.

word. half is a bit much to leave imo cuz you won't get all of it without stirring up too much carbonation. i always go 3/4 maybe more.

I always have never heard of/ never seen most of the beers in stores that get mentioned in threads like this.

You guys have some good local stores or what? I usually just go to Von's (aka Safeway and Dominick's depending where you are in the country) and they only have a few imports and a few microbrews.

Drugs just intensify what I'm feeling. I'm a happy guy in general, but when I'm cutting out and acting goofy as fuck with a few friends or on a date trying to talk a girl into her pants, I'm happier.

Local liquor stores. The supermarkets rarely have much more than the major brands. The Pinky's here has a pretty good selection. Just have to look around.

Thick, solid and tight in all the right places.

I need to learn some more about beer, but I've been hesitant cause it'll mean spending a lot more money and not being able to stomach malt 40s anymore.

There's a really good bar across from the campus in Vegas that has over 180 beers. I don't think they even carry Bud, Miller, Coors, etc. I never know what to get cause I don't know many names. I rarely go because it's filled with old guys smoking cigars and the 30 something hipster crowd, but I usually get a Sam Adams Triple Bock. It's a really dark, tasty beer and being 17.5% it warms up your stomach so it's nice in winter. $17 at the bar though for one bottle.

edit: er $14.50 actually, but if I ever want service in a lifetime I have to pay about $17.
