HELP!HELP! Before I bust this please????

Ive been playing Quake3 gold (with arena and team arena) for awhile now and each time I play it sometimes comes up on the screen (CONNECTION INTERUPTED) and then my game gidders and then i get my ass kicked. whats wrong and what do i do to fix it. please explain??? thanks!! :icon34:

sounds like, and this is just a thought, your internet connection is being interrupted. get a more reliable isp.

cable, dsl, 56 k modem ???
