I don't know about you but I can't play a game when it looks like absolute ass, so I just put up with 10fps dips at times.

I realy am one of those visual whores...can't help it :tear:

Oh. For tweaks to work you'll need at least a 1.33GHz CPU.

anyways, most q3 tweaks also work for RTCW; it being the same engine and all.
so try those first

Speed DLLs won't help that graphics chip much I'm afraid. The best you can do is tweak the game down as much as possible (see sticky threads for most of the guidance you need on that.

The best thing you could do is invest in a graphics card for the machine. It need not be expensive or cutting edge, indeed you probably won't be able to fit a high-end card in that system and it wouldn't fulfil its potential anyway. Search for a card suitable for your system and you'll get very good performance.

Oh...lol...I didnt even see the i815 as the video card. That's gonna put a damper on practically every 3D game out there, regardless of the rest of your system.

My PC dosn't have a AGP port only PCI because its a Compaq Deskpro SFF system, but I want to purchase a PCI video card a GeForce 4 PCI edition or a Fx5200, what do you say its a good ideea? I have 512MB RAM and a 80GB HDD

I'd say a the best Geforce card you can get in PCI would be the best thing. The FX5200 is up there for the PCI options, and isnt expensive at all. A 128MB FX5200 will be ~$50, and a 256MB one will be $75. The similar option from ATI would be the Radeon 9200 or 9250, costing about the same.
