I can't figure out how to adjust the horizontal low beam lights on my car. I did find the vertical though. When I'm in the fast lane the passanger side is shining in their back window because it so far to the right lol. In the manual it only tells about the Vertical and for the horizontal it just says
Warning horizontal should only be adjusted buy auth dealer ...Here is the style

Horizontal position is usually not for customers to adjust. At least not without some serious tinkering.

Well there must be some sort of screw you can turn. It may have a different head on it than your vertical adjuster.
